Duties
Prepares and/or approves plans for redevelopment and urban renewal projects, as well as certain other projects. Plans must be reviewed by the Town Planning & Zoning Commission and when residential uses are involved by the Windsor Housing Authority. The Town Council then gives the final approval on redevelopment plans recommended by this group.
