In the Town Manager’s Office, and throughout all of our departments, we strive to deliver the best possible services to our community. We are dedicated to our organization’s values of responsiveness, integrity, passion, innovation and partnership.

The Town of Windsor operates as a council-manager form of government. The town manager is the chief executive officer of the municipality and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the town. He ensures that town services are performed in accordance with town council’s policies and within the capability of the town’s resources. In addition, he keeps the town council apprised of the town’s financial condition and the future needs of the town. The town manager is appointed by the town council and works very closely with them. The town council is responsible for setting the policy direction of the town.
