February is American Heart Month.
And the Windsor Health Department is celebrating with a variety of programs and services aimed at maintaining a healthy heart.
Blood Pressure Screenings will be offered the first Wednesday of each month at the LP Wilson Community Center, 599 Matianuck Ave, Windsor, CT, from 10:30am – 12:00noon.
In conjunction with the Screenings, Blood Pressure Programs will be offered at Town Hall, 275 Broad Street, Windsor, CT, from 6:30-8:30pm. See below for a detailed list of the programs available.
