Windsor Center Fine Wines is a liquor store, conveniently located on Bloomfield Avenue in Windsor Center. They have been offering high-quality wines and liquors to the town since 2003. Like many retail locations, the store was impacted significantly by COVID-19. Though they were not closed, they saw their customer volume drop dramatically over the course of the pandemic. As if the drop in revenue was not enough, the business also struggled to handle rising expenses, including those added with the essential investments in safety equipment and extra cleaning and sanitizing products. The ARF Small Business and Nonprofit Grant awarded $10,000 to Windsor Center Fine Wines, helping to provide a cushion of extra money so they can continue to pay their bills. The funds will also be used for other operational costs and continued safety expenses, keeping their customers safe, and their doors open.
