Windsor Junior Woman’s Club

Thanks to the Town of Windsor’s Community & Neighborhood Enhancement Program (CNEP), supported by American Rescue Funds, the Windsor Junior Woman’s Club held two heartwarming “Senior Love Dinners” at the Senior Center. The initiative brought together over 100 community members, particularly benefiting adults aged 65+, who often experience isolation and loneliness.

By facilitating such social gatherings, CNEP funds helped the Windsor Junior Woman’s Club combat these issues by fostering connections and providing enjoyable experiences for seniors. Additionally, the Club’s involvement in hosting these events provided assistance to the Windsor Senior Center, demonstrating how the grant funds directly support community well-being.
