The Community Development Department of the Town of Windsor is accepting applications for its Housing Rehabilitation Program’s prequalified contractor list. Applications can be downloaded from the Community Development page on the Town’s website. Additionally, they can be obtained directly at the Community Development Office at Town Hall.
