Permit Fees
The Permit Fee is based on Retail Market Value. $35 on the first $1,000 and $14 for each additional $1,000 of value. This is for Building and Mechanical Permits, Residential and Commercial.
- A check should be made payable to the Town of Windsor.
- Credit and Debit Cards are processed through Stripe and are subject to a 2.99% + $0.99 service fee.
- Cash is acceptable.
