Please take note that as of March 30, 2024, the State of Connecticut has enacted an updated Stormwater Quality Manual and new Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines.
Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Management
The Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance and the Stormwater Management Ordinance became effective February 2, 2009.
The Town’s published an updated Stormwater Management Plan in 2017.

Erosion and Sediment Control Permits: (Fees shall be reduced when Inland Wetlands fees are also collected for the same activity) | |

Illicit Discharges and Connections
The Illicit Discharges and Connections Ordinance became effective April 16, 2009.
