Erosion & Sediment Control/Stormwater Management
The Erosion & Sediment Control Ordinance and the Stormwater Management Ordinance became effective February 2, 2009.
The Town's Stormwater Manual (revised 8/17/2009) was published on February 4, 2009.

Erosion and Sediment Control Permits: (Fees shall be reduced when Inland Wetlands fees are also collected for the same activity) |

The Illicit discharges and Connections Ordinance became effective April 16, 2009.
