One of the primary benefits of joining a senior center is the simple opportunity to socialize with other older adults. Socializing, even if just for an hour a day, can combat loneliness and isolation which can be common among older adults. Joining the Windsor Senior Center is a great way for Windsor’s older adults to stay engaged, healthy, and connected to others. We also partner with other services such as Transportation and Community Renewal to help seniors stay independent and connected to their community.
