The SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance) program, formerly known as Food Stamps, provides monthly benefits that help low-income households to meet their nutritional needs.  Eligibility for SNAP benefits is based on monthly gross household income and assets.  The amount that a household will receive for their benefit will be based on the number of people in their household, income, rent and utility expense.  Click Here to view SNAP program guidelines.
