Diabetic Support Group

The Diabetic Support Group is designed for individuals with diabetes, their families, and their friends.  The group meets on the third Tuesday of each month, with the exception of the summer months, at the L.P. Wilson Community Center from 11:00 AM to 12:00 noon.  Participants have an opportunity to learn from guest speakers on topics related to diabetes and from one another.  Please call Social Services at 860-285-1839 for more information.
