The mission of the Town of Windsor’s Recreation and Leisure Services Department is to champion programs and services which enhance the quality of life for all and to serve as good stewards of the town’s resources. This includes providing a variety of enjoyable leisure, cultural and educational pursuits in parks and facilities that are well-maintained, safe and accessible.

We passionately invite you to come out and enjoy our programs, special events, and facilities.

We passionately encourage youth and teens (the future of our community) to strive for excellence, integrity and community spirit by providing specific youth oriented programs that focus on enrichment, social skills, problem solving and leadership.
