Can I park in the street overnight?

To legally park in the street overnight you must obtain a form from the police department with a clearly written descriptions of the vehicle(s) Make, Model, Year, Plate Number, Proof of insurance, and a valid reason as to why it is necessary for said vehicle(s) to be parked in the street. Vehicles must be parked facing the correct direction of travel on the side of the road within a maximum limit of 6 inches away from the curb.  Any Individual found guilty of violating this ordinance will be subjected to fines and/or towing fees. Any/all damages to your vehicle as a result of towing are not the departments fault.
